Review the complete written disclosures and agreement before authorizing any service.
You may review your reports and dispute information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete directly with the credit bureaus and furnishers without hiring or paying CRS. Accurate and current negative information generally cannot be removed simply because it is negative. A dispute requests an investigation; it does not guarantee removal or change.
CRS does not request or collect its flat $499 service fee upfront. For transactions covered by the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CRS may request the fee only after the time period represented for the services has ended, the agreed services have been fully performed, and CRS has provided a qualifying consumer report issued more than six months after any represented result was achieved and showing that result. Six months alone does not make the fee due. Results are not guaranteed. The written agreement controls.
SmartCredit offer: $1 for the first 7 days, then $29.98 per month until canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the monthly charge. SmartCredit bills you directly. Review the current price, renewal date, and cancellation terms before enrolling because third-party terms may change. Its charges are separate from the $499 CRS fee. The membership is required during active CRS credit-repair work. CRS may receive compensation from SmartCredit. The two companies have separate agreements, billing, privacy, and cancellation processes.
The documents delivered during enrollment explain applicable cancellation rights, the services, completion event, fee, and payment conditions. Those written documents control the service relationship. This page is a plain-language overview and is not legal advice.
Results and timing vary. CRS does not guarantee deletions, score changes, credit approvals, financing, lender decisions, or completion dates. CRS does not control credit bureaus, furnishers, scoring models, or lenders.
