Credit Restructuring Solutions LLC helps consumers understand credit reports, address legitimate reporting concerns, and build healthier credit habits. Support is available in English and Spanish.
CRS began helping consumers understand credit and organize their next steps in 2018. Credit Restructuring Solutions LLC was formally established as a business in 2019. Keeping those dates separate makes our history clear.
CRS is led by Marco A. Mercado Jr. and remains based in El Paso, Texas. The company focuses only on consumer credit improvement: report review, fact-supported dispute assistance, plain-language education, AI-assisted organization, and positive credit-building guidance.
Prospective clients can review the service, exact price, limitations, disclosures, and agreement online before deciding. No sales call is required.
Help consumers review reports, confirm facts, organize supporting documents, understand credit terminology, prepare appropriate communications, and follow completed Service Cycle work.
CRS does not guarantee deletions, score increases, approvals, financing, or results by a specific date. Accurate and current information cannot be removed simply because it is unfavorable.
CRS enrollment is $0. Each fully completed, documented, and legally billable Service Cycle is $49.99, with a maximum of six paid cycles or $299.94.
Consumers may dispute inaccurate information directly at no cost. Hiring CRS is optional, and third-party monitoring or credit-building products are separate.
Expertise.com included CRS in its El Paso credit-repair selections during 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. This is a historical recognition, not a statement that CRS holds a current ranking.
A past recognition or customer review does not guarantee any deletion, score increase, approval, financing, or other result.
CRS explains utilization, collections, charge-offs, inquiries, monitoring, bureaus, furnishers, CFPB resources, and Service Cycles in everyday language.
