Required disclosures belong before the agreement.
The enrollment system must present each legally required disclosure in its required form and preserve the separate electronic acknowledgment.
Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the consumer reporting agency directly. You may obtain a copy of your credit file and, in many circumstances, receive it without charge. No credit-repair organization can permanently remove accurate and current negative information from your credit report.
Enrollment requirement: CRS must provide the complete federal disclosure, in the exact legally required format, as a separate document before execution of the service agreement.
Texas Credit Services Organization Disclosure Statement
Texas law requires a separate disclosure statement before execution of the service contract. It must include the information required by Texas Finance Code Chapter 393 and must be acknowledged separately from the contract.
Operational control: Do not treat this website summary as a substitute for the exact statutory disclosure documents and delivery records required in the secure enrollment system.
Cancellation
The secure enrollment system must provide the required notice of cancellation and preserve the execution date, cancellation deadline, and service-eligible date. CRS should not perform credit-repair services before the applicable three-business-day period expires.
